Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Industries for respondent nos.1 and 3, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for 2nd respondent, and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries for 4th respondent 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner filed a representation dt.18.07.2016 to the 3rd respondent for stoppage of quarrying operations of Bodagutta, which is adjacent to a tank by name Ooracheruvu in the Yelabotharam Village, by a Chennai based company.

The petitioner contends that the said representation has not been disposed of by 3rd respondent till date.

The learned Government Pleader for Industries, appearing for respondent nos.1 and 3, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.18.07.2016 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
