This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw L.G.O.P.No.1126 of 2014 from the file of the Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 1982-cum-II Additional Chief Judgecum-(FAC) Chief Judge, City Civil court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad or any other Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
