This contempt case is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 27.02.2012 in WP No.5112 of 2012.

2. This court, vide separate order dated 27.09.2016 in WP No.5112 of 2012, dismissed the writ petition and the findings recorded therein do have bearing on the complaint given by the petitioners against the contemnor.

3. Since the findings about the identity/ entitlement of the petitioners over the subject plots, held against them, the explanation offered by the respondent is considered as bona-fide and the contempt case is dismissed.
