Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal and seeks liberty to the appellant to file petition for quashing of the charge under Section 489-B of I.P.C.

The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the appellant, if so advised, to file petition for quashing of the charge, as aforementioned, and if any such petition is filed, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
