The petitioner complains against inaction of 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of revision case No.D1/ 1564/ 2013 filed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. At request of respondents, the writ petition was adjourned on 30.04.2013. At the time of hearing, neither the counsel for petitioner nor are respondents in a position to inform the present stage of revision case No.D1/ 1564/ 2013. This Court, to meet the ends of justice, directs respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of revision pending in case No.D1/ 1564/ 2013, if not already disposed of, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
