Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

For the reasons stated by learned counsel for petitioners, the petitioners/A2 and A3 are permitted to visit abroad for a period of three (3) months from 01.04.2015 to 30.06.2015 and for this purpose, III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District is directed to return the passports of petitioners/A2 and A3.

On return, the petitioners/A2 and A3 shall appear before the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada on 02.07.2015 and continue to face the trial.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
