THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.6346 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.04 of 2016 of Y.Ramavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii) of t h e Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking permission to move an application before the trial Court in view of the fact that charge sheet is not yet filed even after expiry of mandatory period.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application, if he is so advised, for bail before the trial Court, and in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, uninfluenced by any of the observations, if any, made in the earlier orders of this Court.
