THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.31709 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to register a case basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.08.2016 against the 4th respondent.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 3rd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 18.10.2016.
