HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10315 & 10316 of 2015 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.9146 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1021 of 2015 of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 493, 497, 506 and 380 read with 34 IPC.
2. Pending the criminal petition, both parties filed Crl.M.P.Nos.10315 and 10316 of 2015 along with affidavit of the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and a joint memo stating that there was a memorandum of understanding between them and they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.
3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with petitioner No.1/A.1.
4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10315 and 10316 of 2015 are allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.1021 of 2015 of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, are quashed against the petitioner/A.1. The bail bonds of the petitioner/A.1, if any, shall stand cancelled.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________
