ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.Ref.B/5307/2014, dated 16.09.2014, of respondent No.3.

Considering the fact that the impugned order was passed more than 3 1⁄2 months back, I do not propose to adjudicate on the legality or otherwise of the same. However, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the enquiry by following the procedure explained in Smt B.Manjula Vs. District Collector, Civil Supplies, Kurnool (Writ Petition No.32713 of 2011, dated 26.11.2014) and pass a final order within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In order to enable respondent No.3 to follow the said judgment, a copy thereof shall be enclosed.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51352 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
