OFFICE NOTE SKS, J 29.01.2026 I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner-accused No.6 to reduce the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- with two sureties to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties in Crime No.3 of 2025 of P.S.Prohibition & Excise Station, Banjara Hills.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an auto driver and he is the sole bread earning member in the family and that he is unable to arrange the surety amount imposed by this Court and hence, he prays to reduce the same.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner-accused No.6 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned III Additional Chief Magistrate at Nampally,

Hyderabad.

The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 31.12.2025 shall remain un-altered.

With the above modification, the application is ordered.
