This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 21.12.2012 passed in O.A.No.815 of 2010 on the file of the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad.

As per the office note, O.A.No.815 of 2010 was allowed on 22.04.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a civil miscellaneous appeal challenging the award dated 22.04.2013.

In view of the office note and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner. No costs.
