This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 11.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.317 of 2016 in O.S.No.797 of 2010 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 13.06.2016. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
