When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been compromised before this Hon'ble Court vide Crl.P.No.1448 of 2018, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
