This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.28 of 2015 on the file of Bollaram Police Station, Hyderabad. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the above crime was referred as lack of evidence.

Recording the abvoe submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
