HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.P.M.P.No.6492 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.4136 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

The criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.9 of 2014 on the file of the CID Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Sections 357, 354, 324, 506 read with 109 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

Pending the criminal petition, Crl.M.P.No.6492 of 2015 is filed by the de facto complainant-2nd respondent and petitioners with joint memo along with the affidavit of A1 seeking permission to compound the criminal case stating that the matter is amicably settled between the parties outside the Court.

Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A1 to A5.

Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.6492 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.9 of 2014 on the file of the CID Police Station, Hyderabad are quashed against the petitioners. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
