THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.161 of 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed to withdraw O.S.No.376 of 2012 from the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the Court of II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, to be tried along with A.S.No.134 of 2015.

2. It is represented that Appeal Suit pending before II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, was already heard and posted for judgment to tomorrow and, therefore, relief claimed in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submissions of advocate for petitioner, this Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
