In view of the urgency expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the matter since the election to the executive committee of respondent No.3 is scheduled to be held on 28.12.2025, the matter needs to be taken up at 2.15 P.M., the Registry is directed to list this matter today i.e., 24.12.2025 at 2.15 P.M.
