This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioners' application dated 20.06.2016 for restoring the names of the petitioners in revenue records in respect of the land in Old Survey No.63 and its sub-divisions corresponding New Survey No.304 and its sub-divisions, situated at Old Utnoor Village, Utnoor Mandal, Adilabad district, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the petitioners have already made representation before the 2nd respondent in respect of their grievance, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 20.06.2016, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
