THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9637 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner, while working as a Field Assistant, has been proceeded against for certain gross irregularities allegedly committed by him which resulted in misappropriation of public funds. Therefore, the Project Director by his proceedings dated 23.02.2005 terminated the employment of the petitioner as a Field Assistant. Against the said orders, it is stated that an Appeal has been preferred to the District Collector.

Hence, instead of keeping this Writ Petition pending, in case the District Collector has received any such Appeal dated 23.03.2015, the same may be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of after hearing Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 3 and 4. No costs.
