HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1617 OF 2015 ORDER:
The petitioners pray for Mandamus complaining inaction against the respondents in disposing of the representation dated 22.12.2014 for grant of compensation together with interest, as illegal and unconstitutional. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader. The petitioners complain inaction in disposing of the representation in payment of compensation to the petitioners. On instruction, the learned Government Pleader submits that the representation is pending with the 3rd respondent and within a reasonable time appropriate orders on verification of facts and relevant circumstances, will be passed.
The respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 22.12.2014 filed by the petitioners for grant of compensation by duly following the procedure stipulated by law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
