When the matter came up for hearing on 18.11.2019 and 25.11.2019, though there was no representation for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 02.12.2019. Even on 02.12.2019, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 09.12.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal.' On 09.12.2019 also, as there was no representation for the petitioner, it was directed to be listed today again under the caption 'for dismissal.' However, today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. In the circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is longer interested to prosecute the matter.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
