RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri MOHD ISLAMUDDIN ANSARI presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not appointing Managing Committee for Mohammadi Waqf Complex, Kurnool District by considering the representation dated 02.08.
