CVNR, J & CKR, J WP.No.38582 of 2017 Dated:17.11.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Assessment Order, dated 25.9.2017, passed by respondent No.1 in A.O.No.34938 for the Assessment Years 2013-14 and 2016-17 is under challenge in this Writ Petition. After arguing the case, Dr. T.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of filing appeal under Sections-38 and 44 of the A.P. Value Added Tax Act, 2005. He further requested for granting reasonable time to the petitioner for filing appeal. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made and the petitioner is permitted to file appeal within two weeks from today. If appeal is filed by the petitioner within the said period, the same shall be entertained and adjudicated by the appellate authority on its merits.
