THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38759 OF 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-IOCL, that, in view of the availability of alternative remedy, as per clause 27 of the Brochure on Unified Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors before the Grievance Cell, petitioner herein can make an application before the appropriate authority and, if any such application is made, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application, for redressal of his grievance, before the appropriate authority, as mentioned supra, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, Writ Petition is disposed of, with a further direction to the respondents to consider the application, if any, to be made by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks thereafter, strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that till a decision is taken on the application of the petitioner herein, no 'Letter of Indent' shall issued pursuant to the notification. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
