The petitioner is an employee in the Department of Health, Medical and Family Welfare.

By virtue of Section 23 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the petitioner has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. Reserving the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
