SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13071 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition was to the order dated 26.02.2015 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Hyderabad, dismissing S.A.No.170 of 2013. A consequential direction was sought to the DRT to rehear the said application.

It is now stated by Smt. Dyumani, learned counsel for the third respondent bank, that the loan account of the petitioners was closed during the pendency of this writ petition.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits and is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
