This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.32 of 2014 in A.S.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Palamaner, Camp Court at Kuppam.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the first appellate Court dismissed A.S.No.5 of 2014 for default on 01.05.2018. In view of the disposal of A.S.No.5 of 2014, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
