THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.178 OF 2016 ORDER:

The official liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with Rule 306 read with Rule 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s.Obra Chemicals Ltd.(in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of M/s. Padmanabha Rao & Co. dated 24.11.2015. With the assistance of Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.

The application is ordered accordingly.
