THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1051 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 & 2 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.27 of 2016 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 IPC and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (PoA) Act (for short 'the Act').

Heard and perused the material available on record. Since there is a bar for grant of anticipatory bail under the provisions of the Act, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also as there are no serious or specific allegations against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court concerned and file an application for grant of bail. On such application being filed, the Court concerned is directed to consider the same on the same day.
