This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in attempting to dispossess the petitioners from their peaceful possession and enjoyment over the land to an extent of Ac.2-35 gts., under Plot bearing Nos.1 to 5 in Survey No.420 of Pangra (Borgoan) village, Nizamabad Mandal and district, for the purpose of extending the bridge, without issuing any prior notice to the petitioners and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Pleader has passed on the written instructions received from the Executive Engineer (R&B), Division, Nizamabad, dated 28.11.2018, wherein it is stated that the R & B Department never dumped any material and machinery in the petitioners land in Survey No.420 of Pangra (Borgoan) village, Nizamabad Mandal and district and that the bridge work is being executed in Government road boundary. In that view of the matter, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
