The petitioner who is the sole accused filed the present application under Section 437 and 439 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.), seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No. 98 of 2015 of Chilkalguda Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 285, 286 IPC, Sections 9(B) (1) (b) (c) of Explosive Act and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act. It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was already granted bail on 20-02-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.458 of 2015 by VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad. In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor nothing survives to adjudicate in the present application. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
