2. Aggrieved by the docket order dated )j.11.2O25 in o.S.S.R.No.3126 of 2025 on the lile o1 the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Janagao r, this Civil Revision Petition is preferred.
3. The case of the revision petitioner is that the t'Espondent No.1-Plaintiff has filed suit in (r.S.No.433 of
2Ol9 against Aleti Rajaiah,defendant No.1 and revision petitioner-defendant No.2 seeking specific performance and the said suit was dismissed against the revision petitioner-defendant No.2 and decreed against Mr. Aleti Rajaiah i.e., defendant No.1. While so, E.p.No. 26 of 2O2l was filed for execution of registered saie deed including the property of the revision petitioner. Accordingly, registered sale deed was obtained. While obtaining the registration sale deed, several errors were committed by the trial Court i.e., E.p. was filed for a direction to execute the registered sale deed including the property of the 'revision petitioner. Mr. R. Rajendra prasad was nominated by the learned Trial Court for registration of sale deed by obtaining his attested signature on the letter addressed to the Tahasildar, Bachannapet, Janagaon. However, the said Mr. R. Rajendra prasad, who is a Junior Assistant in the same Court got the sale deed registered without authorization.

No.i90O3 of 2025 bcfore this Court ind the same was dismissed rvith a direction to prel:r civil suit. Following the said directions, the revision : etitioner filed suit in o.S.S.R.No.3l'26 of 2025 and tl-e same was returrred uide impugned docket order datc125.11.2025 rnhich is as follou,s:

5. The above docket order is bereft of rea:; )ns as to how the suit is not maintainable. The petiti::ier-appellant cannot even address the objection for corrr riiance as no reason is stated for return. The objecti,) 1s raised on 12.11.2025 have been already complied. Since the objections raised are complied, the dockr' order dated 25.Ll.2025 is liable to be set aside.
6. In the result, this Civil Revision Petiti< n is allowed, setting aside the docket order dated i';.11.2025 in O.S.S.R. No.3126 of 2025 on the hle of the learned
Principal Junior Civil Judge at Janagaor-r, with a direction i I I to register the suit in case it is otherwise, in order. The I I I Registry is directed to return the original docket order I i subject to substitution of the same r,r,ith photocopies. I I I There shall be no order as to costs Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall I I stand closed.
