This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct respondents Nos.2 and 3 to take necessary action on the representation made by the petitioner. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and that the 4th respondent has been creating nuisance and trying to interfere with the subject property and threatening him. Hence, the petitioner made a representation before the 3rd respondent on 29.10.2016 marking a copy to respondent No.2 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent. But no action was taken. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
"Respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2016 and take necessary steps in accordance with law."
