Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and on committal, the same was assigned by the Sessions Division S.C.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
