Heard Sri M.V.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation having issued notice dated 04.02.2016 thereafter passed order dated 13.02.2016 under Section 452(2) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation fairly conceded that as the petitioner's reply was received on 15.02.2016, no action would be taken pursuant to the order dated 13.02.2016 until the said reply is considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Recording the aforestated stand of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of. No action shall be taken pursuant to the order dated 13.02.2016 until consideration of the petitioner's reply and passing of an order afresh in accordance with law which shall be duly communicated to the petitioner.
