O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 252 of 2015 of Anakapalle Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences punishable under section 406, 417, 418, 420 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file appropriate bail application.

3. Permission is accorded with liberty as prayed for.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
