HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.5535, 5614, 5689 & COMMON ORDER :

Heard both sides. In the course of the hearing at length of the lis covered by the four revision petitions, conscience arrived at by both parties (D.Hr and J.Dr) and consequently five months time from today is granting by this Court to enable the J.Dr to liquidate the entire debt due under the decrees under execution respectively. In the absence of total liquidation within the time stipulated supra the decree holder is entitled to proceed against the J.Dr, as per the orders of the lower Court respectively (subject matter of revisions) for whatever the decree amounts fallen due as on the respective dates. Needless to say whatever amounts paid the decree holder is entitled to withdraw without furnishing security, subject to filing of the part satisfaction memo and recording of the same by the lower Court before permitting withdrawal by cheque petitions.

2) With the above observations, all the four revisions are disposed of.

No order as to costs.
