HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37961 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri E.Janga Reddy for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ...... to grant appropriate relief more than in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Art.226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the Respondents No.2 & 3 Police in collusion with the Respondent No.4 to collect the amount unauthorizedly by way of illegal methods as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and without jurisdiction, and consequently direct the Respondents No.2 & 3 not to interfere with the money transaction between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 since the amount due was already collected from the Petitioner....."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that no case is registered against the petitioner and the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. By placing on record the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
