This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not disposing the application dated 15.10.2018 made by the petitioner for conduct of survey and fixing the boundaries over the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.51 cents in Survey No.26/2A, situated at Kalakada Revenue Village and Mandal, Chittoor District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that notices have been issued to petitioner and also adjacent land owners for conducting survey.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conduct survey for fixing boundaries in respect of petition schedule properties, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
