This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Ndgarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.430 of 2025, on the file of Adibatla Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(4) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn \ giving liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
