ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"..... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.UC/03/TPS/W.No.54/CIR.XIV/ WMC /2015, under Sections-452 (1) & 461 (1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act 1955, dated 28-12-2015, issued by respondent No.1 trying to demolish the petitioner's house bearing Door No.31-3-144 at Survey No.868 (old), 879(new) situated at Komitipalli Village, Hanamkonda, Warangal District, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles-19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, to set aside the

proceedings vide notice No.UC/03/TPS/W.No.54/CIR.XIV/WMC/2015, under Sections-452 (1) & 461 (1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act 1955, dated 28-12-2015, issued by respondent No.1."

At the hearing, Mr. A.Sharat Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, respondent No.1 has issued an order under Section-452(2) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

In view of the above subsequent event, the cause on which the Writ Petition is filed has become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail a fresh legal remedy to question the subsequent order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3127 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
