This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/A3 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.1117 of 2016 on the file of Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, R.R. District, registered for the offences under Sections 403, 408,420 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard Sri Ogirala Ramesh, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.1117 of 2016 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
