Heard Ms.Rajeswari for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th Respondents in threatening the Petitioner to vacate House No.8-2-293/82/B/E/78, Plot No.78, Navanirman Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad in collusion with the 5th Respondent, without there being any case registered against the Petitioner as illegal, null, void and arbitrary.." The Assistant Government Pleader, basing on instructions, submits that a complaint was received on 09.10.2017 from 5th respondent. The 3rd respondent called the petitioner to find out the allegations against petitioner. After conducting preliminary enquiry, it is stated that the 3rd respondent advised the parties to work out their grievances before the Court of competent jurisdiction. He denies interference in the civil dispute or alleged pressure on petitioner to vacate premises bearing No.8-2-293/82/B/E/78. The statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
