HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.25661 of 2015 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The writ petitioner, in the instant writ petition challenges the order dated 21.8.2014, passed by the Chief Executive Officer, A.P. State Wakf Board. We are informed that appeal, contemplated under Section 64 (4) of the Wakf Act, 1995 (for short 'the Act') has already been filed by the petitioner against the very same order and it is pending for disposal. Since the Tribunal was not constituted, it appears, the petitioner filed the instant writ petition challenging the very same order. We are informed that the Tribunal is now available and can take up the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 21.8.2014. In the circumstances, Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to the Tribunal to dispose of their appeal, bearing A.S. No. 7 of 2014, filed against the order dated 21.8.2014, within time frame. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition by the following order:

"The Tribunal constituted under the provisions of the Act, shall endeavour to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, bearing A.S. No.7 of 2014, filed against the order dated 21.8.2014, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of three months from the date of this order. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before the Tribunal within two

weeks from today."

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
