This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitutionof India, challenging the order dated 23.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.476 of 2015 in O.S.No.129 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, Chittoor district. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to file a fresh application. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
