ORDER

This Crirninal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya \ Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short'BNSS') seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.6 in Crime No.65B of 2025, on the file of Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered lor the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 of IPC 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition. I
Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
