Complaining inaction in investigating Cr.No.1448 of 2017, the present writ petition is filed.

I have heard Sri P.Prabhakar Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 4. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that as FIR is already registered and it is required to be investigated by 3rd respondent. There is no doubt that the investigation is taken up and concluded to its logical end.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
