THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36585 of 2017 ORDER:
The prayer of the writ petition reads as follows: "......declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondent Nos.5 to 10, as illegal arbitrary........"
The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states thus:
"It is submitted that this respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes much less the dispute of the petitioner herein.
On mere apprehension, to prevent the police from taking nay action in the event of lodging of any complaint against them, the petitioners rused to this Hon'ble Court and filed this writ petition without any cause of action." The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
