The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 91 of the A.P.(T.A.)Tenancy & Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 challenging the order dated 15.4.2006 in Appeal No.F2/9137/1990 on the file of the Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District.

2. C.R.P.M.P.No.6999 of 2015 is filed by the petitioners seeking to record compromise and dispose of the main C.R.P. in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise entered into by them.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on both sides submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court and requested to record compromise in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise filed along with C.R.P.M.P.No.6999 of 2015 and dispose of the Civil Revision Petition in terms thereof.

4. Since parties are not present before the Court, compromise cannot be recorded. Since it is stated that parties have compromised outside the Court, C.R.P.M.P.No.6999 of 2015 and the Civil Revision Petition are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
